Locales Installation for Call Manager 7.1

Hi, Does anyone know where I can find the Cisco Document for installing

new locales and which services need to be stopped and restarted.

Enclosed is the link on how to install various Locales for a Call Manager 7.1 environment.

We are running 7.1.3.100000-11 in our environment. Once the locales files have been installed on every server in the cluster, you will then need to re-boot every server in the cluster. We have 9 servers in our cluster (7 cucm servers and 2 tftp servers) and it took just over 2 hours to re-boot every server in the cluster.
