MobileConnect fast busy on resume

Unanswered Question

I have a user set up for mobile connect, many of the other users at the same site, same DP, MRG, CSS, etc work OK. When he disconnects from his mobile device to try to resume from the desk phone, the caller on the other end hears a fast busy and the call cannot be resumed.

Has anybody else seen this problem?

I have this problem too.

Same here, with CUCM 8.6.2a(SU2)

did you ever get this to work?

Set the caller on the mobile phone with enterprise code *81 on hold, the call could be resumed.
