UC500 and PVC2300

I am trying to add a PVC2300 to my community in CCA. It sits at 40% on the discovering bar. I am using CCA 2.2.2. I have tried 2 different cameras. I have tried it on a UC540 and a UC520 with the same results.

Anyone have any ideas?

I found a few issues with these and there is a thread here on it. If you've changed the default http port this will not work. It uses http to communicate to the camera ( on tcp/80)

I had to shut down CCA once to get it to add the device.

I checked out the thread but it did not apply. The camera is straight out of the box with no changes made except for the latest firmware.

Ok. It wasn't working because I was connecting to the UC500 using the IP instead of creating a site.

Now I was able to add the camera to the community, run the wizard, and the camera shows up on the 525 video monitoring screen. The problem is I push the monitor button and nothing happens.

I assume you are running the latest code on the phone.

If so do a factory reset on the phone and try again.

Worked for me as I assume some of the wireless and VPN stuff "confused" the camera configuration.
