Corporate Directory

I have an entry in the corporate directory that is not going away. We use Unified Communcations Manager 6.1.3 with Microsoft's AD as the directory source. This person has been deleted out of the AD and a new user has been assigned to this number, yet when you search on the extension, the old person shows up.

Any ideas?

How long since you deleted the user?

Have you done a resync?

Found out the issue. Someone changed the Cisco account password without letting me know.
