Solved: How to use two same extesion at UNITY

Hi Folks,

I have a Unity Cisco Unity 5.0 Build 5.0(1). I need to create two users but they have the sma extesion 9413 but they are in different location (one in Santos the other in the São Paulo).

How can I do to the UNITY distinguish this?

You can't. Unity needs unique numbers.

You would need to create a new VM profile and add an extra digit in the VM mask and use the same DN in Unity.

One of them needs to turn into a 5 digit DN in Unity.

This is possible using a combination of voicemail profiles and the multi-tenant MWI setting in CCM. Take a look at the following post.
