IP Phone 6921 with 8.5(3) firmware: unstable PC port

Hello.

We have a CallManager 7.1.3.32900-4 with several IP Phones 6921 with 8.5(3) firmware.

Our problem is the following: it seems that the PC port is unstable; sometimes, when we receive a phone call on a 6921, the device attached to the PC port goes to the "network disconnected" status, and we have to manually unplug and plug again the cable that connects telephone and PC to get back the PC network functionality.

What happens?

Hello.

It seems that we have the a similar problem with IP Phones 7965 with 9.0(2)SR1 firmware.

It happens that, if a PC behind a phone goes in standby mode, when it comes back to active mode it receives the error "This connection has limited or no connectivity".

The only solutiom, as said, is to manually unplug and plug again the cable that connects telephone and PC.

What's the problem?
