Second Line not working for SIP ATA186

Hi,

I have Cisco ATA186 for which I modified the image to SIP. I have using Call Manager Express where this ATA is registering both if its lines. Both lines are registered on the CME and I can call make outbound calls from both of them.

The issue is for the inbound calls for the second line on ATA. It always gives busy tone. I googled and found some details on the following link but they are applicable for SCCP image only:

I tried same approach for my SIP ATA but it is not working.

Please help me to solve this issue as the customer is banging on my head that  he is not able to receive calls on the second line
