I have implemented QM 2.7(2) on our customer site and right now I have 2 problems.
1. Our customer uses advance licenses but they want to record voice only,
so I tried to disable screen recording by uncheck screen recording in QM workflow
and restart testing client but it didn't effect, client still continue to record the screen after rebooted.
I wait until end of day and try again, it still didn't work.
2. Our customer want to change time-format in QM Desktop Program from 12 hours to 24 hour,
I tried to change windows time-format on both server and clients but time-format in QM Desktop still shown
in 12 hours
QM expert help me please!!!!
