ASA Phone Proxy 911 Calls

We are deploying five Cisco IP phones to a cross-state remote office which will connect back to CUCM-BE via phone proxy.  We are looking at how to configure e911 routing since there will not be a voice gateway at the remote office. 

Has anyone done this and if so, were there any limitations?  Is there an e911 registry for VoIP?

In this scenario, all calls (including 911) are going to be sent out the remote gateway. To my knowledge, there is no way to solve this problem without a local gateway. Some people choose to put stickers on the phones stating "Not for emergency servics calls" or something similar.
