CallBack issue with Outbound in UCCX 7.0

Hi Team,

We have UCCX 7.0Sr5 with CCM 6.1(3). We are using outbound dialer feature in our call center. I am facing two problem in my setup.

Schedule of call back in not working. Outbound dialer place call immediately.

One way recording is happing for all call. Only agent voice is recorded.

Kindly let me know how I can fix these issue. What can be issue.

I have this problem too.
