I do not have a SPA 504 handy to test out what the steps are at the phone, but we know it's possible.

I cannot seem to locate a guide that tells me this for the 504...and please , Cisco do not send me a guide unless you can tell me where the steps are in it!

Anyone with a SPA504 ona  UC540 can you tell me the phone menu options/steps please?

Something along the lines of pressing the Main menu (settings) button, then 3 for Network Configuration, and then??  and at some point we need to do **# to unlock....

I am trying to tell a customer how to enable their PC port via a phone support call without having a 504 in front of me- HELP !
