Does somebody knows if TEHO is legal between US and UK or inside UK?
Any documen that state this?

There are definitely legal considerations when using TEHO. I'm not sure about the UK. I would recommend checking with your carrier regarding their terms and conditions.

To my knowledge, no western country or carrier prohibits any form or application for voip.
