Cisco Small Business SD2008 Switch

We have recently bought a new switch for some in house training that we are currently undergoing. We bought a small Business SD2008 eight port switch. However there is a problem with it, when ever we connect more than four computers to it, it starts to flash all of the led indicators and stops working. I have checked to make sure that we are not connecting a cable back into itself, I have also tried swapping out different work stations to it and we are having the same problem. If any one could help with this I would be greatly appreciative. I have not been able to find the link to contact Cisco eather,

I found there chat with an associate but the page never actually gave me a person or computer to talk to. (waited for about and hour)
