Quality Managemnent recording issue :(

Hello all,

I have an issue with recording our call, I use  the configuration that Cisco support and also the training modules that exist in Partenr Education, but without any result.

I need yours ideas so urgent,,,

Could you possibly provide more information on the issue you are having and product/version you are using?
