Line Presence Not Allowing Multiple Calls (CME)

If the user is on the line calls forward to voicemail.

I have setup the following for each ephone...

max-calls-per-button 2
busy-trigger-per-button 2

Never had this issue prior to this install, not sure what is causing this. Thanks.

What type of phone? Which version of IOS.?

Hi William,

7940s and 60s. I resolved it by adding dual-line to the ephone-dn's (ephone-dn 10 dual-line). Silly oversight, but sometimes when you're doing 10 things at once you forget the basic stuff. I realize now that max-calls-per-button is only used for octo-lines so does not apply here, I removed that from the ephone's config and everything is working as it should.
