RME 4.3.1 Inventory Collection Failure

I keep having problem collect inventory from 6506-E with Sup32.  To test one of them out, I deleted one 6506-E device from the DCR, manually added it back to DCR, manually added the credential.  Connectivity tests with SSHv2, SNMP RO community string, ping, and traceroute all passed in the Device Center.  Go back to RME 4.3.1 again and did an inventory collection job on this one device, fail again!


Debugging from IC_Server.log indicates snmp request timeout while performing snmp walk at index = -1.  What does it mean?

1. Post the show ver of the device .

2. Post the IC_Server.log with debugs enabled from RME ---> Administration ---> System Prefrences ---> Application Log Level Settings --> Select the "ICServer" application and change the values to "debug" and apply.

3. Re-run the inventory polling and collection and not the job id.

4.  Go to CSCOpx/files/rme/jobs/ICServer/ and post the logs here in a zip file.
