Problem with NM-8AM-V2 Modem Module

Hello All,


We use Cisco 3845 router with an NM-8AM-V2, 8-port modem module for dial-up connectivity. It's been working perfectly before now but i just discovered that the LED light for each port is OFF. I pulled out the telephone lines and tested each of them and the telephone lines are working. But when connected to the NM-8AM-V2 ports, the call rings continuously without giving dialup (modem) tone. Isit that the module is faulty or what?


Anyone with a solution should kindly assist.
