We have UCCX 7.0 with outbound dialer. In our contact file for compaign we are giving two numbers phone1 and phone 2 for same customer.
We are expecting that if customer is not answering, or his phone is busy then outbound dialer should dial the second number of same customer. But it is not dialing the second number.
Kindly explain in what situation the second number will be dialed out.
