Issue with Media URL display in 4305G

I can run a mpeg URL if it is posted in Media URL within DMP by clicking Start but if I try sending the same URL either through Startup URL or as a Job I get an error "Write enable the disc or try different folder."

What is the format of the Video Content?

What is the sample URL that you are using?

What DMS-DMP version are you running on the 4305G?

In 5.2, There is a Startup "Media" & "Browser" URL. For "video" content you need to use

the MEDIA URL. I have tested and it works fine.

Yes when I paste this url in Dispaly Actions --> Media URL and press Start works fine. But the same URL I try to submit using Go To URL it gives error "Write Protected". If I give the same as Startup URL in Media - no display.

Please provide screenshots of the following screens from

the DMP-DM:

* Settings->Basic

* About->Hardware and Firmware Versions

You mention:

There is no "Go To URL" setting where are you seeing that?
