I'm using only 20 MB when connecting to the 802.11a

i'm testing aironet 1130ag with the wlc 2106 in my testing environment

When i'm connecte to the 802.11a or g i can get max speed 20 MB and not 54 MB


What is worng and what should i check ?

When you say you are only getting 20Mb do you mean that is your data rate or your true throughput?  If it is the true throughput that is about right.  Keep in mind that 802.11 is a half-duplex technology.  Being half-duplex and the management overhead a client connecting at 54Mbps can have an actually throughput up to 22Mbps
