Solved: CME 8.0 module 7915 backlight off

Hi all,

I have a CME 8.0 installation with a 7962 and a 7915 connected to it.

Everything works fine but the 7915 does not light, when it boots it lights the backlight but turns it off again and shows the configured buttons but very dark.

Is there anything I can change?

Lastest firmware installed (9.0.2 on 7962 and 1.0.4 on 7915)

You can control the contrast of the 7915 module from the IP phone.

1. Settings

2. User Preferences

3. Contrast

4. Choose the option for your 7915, which should be option 2 "Expansion Module 1 (7915)"

Once you adjust and save, it should stick. No configs needed on CME.
