I am wondering if there is a known issue with Docsis 3.o and IPsec implementations with Cisco routers? We are having customers on Time Warner cable via dhcp who have been up and running for years all of a sudden start dropping the connection after a Docsis 3.0 upgrade. Time Warner says it is a Cisco issue and sent some docs but none of the “fixes” actually apply or fix the issue. These are locations that have IPSec VPN’s tunnels back to corporate data centers. Our only work around has been to convert the site to static IP addresses and then the problem goes away. As you can understand this is not a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
