UCCX 5.0 (2) Email Notification with Caller information

Hello,

Is it possible to send out an email with a caller ID or phone number?

Scenario, all agents are not available, but they would like an email notifying them of what number called for support and not a CTI port.

I think i can turn off the CTI port information via CCM, but i'm not sure if that works how do i put the callers number in the email.

Sure if you have a premium license; there is an email subsystem that allows you to send emails from a script. Getting the ANI is a simple task of the Get

Call Contact Info step and assigning it to a variable.

I believe that the Cisco Contact Center Express Script Repository includes a script that does email. If not, just search the forum because I'm pretty sure we've covered it before.
