I have collected the sdi traces from call manager. In the traces i found below error for dropped calls,

Hi Santosh,
Could you please describe the call flow?
Only one phone 9971020736 ? Incoming or Outgoing?
Always PSTN calls?
Attach complete CCM SDI/SDL traces including timestamps, calling, called number and call flow
For future reference always include complete traces not just extracts
Thanks
