Traffic Summary Reports on SSM

Hi all,

We are using Operations Manager and Service Statistics Manager to monitor our IP telephony system.

My problem is that I cannot receive the information about traffic summary reports on SSM. I can receive statistics about CPU and memory usages of the gateways or number of calls handled by the call managers. I used to get the traffic summary reports too, but after a while it stopped producing any statistics.

What can be the reason and how can I fix this issue? Any ideas?
