Linksys SPA942 Firmware Not Updating

I am trying to install the 6.1.5 firmware on my IP phones, but it keeps coming back with "Upgrade Failed: No Response from SPA". I unzip the file to my desktop, run the exe and put in the IP address of the phone, but I keep getting the error.

If you put the IP address in the address bar, the phone comes up no problem. I can easily make changes through the web interface, and the phone will reboot, but I can not upgrade the firmware. Is there any other way I can do this? Any reason why this might be happening?

Check two things

1.  The 'Upgrade Enable' is set to yes.  Located in Provisioning/Firmware upgrade.

2.  Check that the upgrade request reaches the phone, you can check this via a ethereal trace.
