Licensing problem on CiscoWorks LMS (3.2)

Hello again...


My LMS server was working well since two weeks. The license file LMSXXXXXXXXXXX.lic was added succesfully from C:\LMSlicense, and on the licensing page it was telling Purchased/100 Devices. When I connected on the server today, when I tried to use some features the general_error.bmp displayed.

There is also an error when I go to Server>Admin>Licensing


So, my question is: how to start the License Server ?

To restart license server on Windows, it's just:


pdterm LicenseServer

pdexec LicenseServer


However, there could be more issues behind that. I have no clue how to troubleshoot LMS on Wndows, but for informational purpose by others who do, how does the health of other processes look according to the "pdshow" output?
