spa9000 transfer external call

Dear All,

We have encountered problems with transferring calls on SPA9000 that come either through SIP line.

When there is incomming connection on the sip line, and person that answer wants to transfer call to another extension(internal ext) we get busy signal after pressing xfer button for the second time.

Tranfsers between internal extensions work fine.

Does external ITSP need to support call transfer in order to transfer incoming calls between internal extensions on SPA9000.

If the SIP provider doesn't take the REFER, you can toggle the option for call transfer or call forward bridge mode. These parameters are located in the line tab under proxy and registration, it's called CFWD Bridge Mode and XFER Bridge Mode respectively.
