Hi Veron,
I can only think that if your PAP2T is behind a router. You can get to that PAP2t via a Port address translation rule that is set up in your WAN router.
Maybe re-direct web (port 80) requests from the WAN router to the LAN address of the PAP2T.
If your WAN router is capable of it, even better method would be to VPN to that remote router, and then locally access the PAP2T.
