Some Cisco 857s go into rommom mode after reboot

Hi

We've recently had some 857's go into rommon mode after a reboot.The confreg is set correctly (0x2102). Anyone else come across this before and what we can do to prevent it?

Can you post the output of show version and also the show run here to check / see if all is well from the config prespective.
