Questions regarding Cisco Unified CallConnector

We just recently setup the Cisco UCC server version 1.6.  It's working pretty well, but I do have a user who's highlighted some problems we're having.  I'm posting what he sent to me and would appreciate any suggestions anyone can offer.  If I need to post these in a different forum, please let me know where I need to go.  Thanks.

Hi Arphilyaw,


1. By default, this enable speaker phone option is turned on in UCC Server 1.6. We found no problems for all outgoing calls in 796x, 797x, and SPA phones using CallConnector Client 1.6. Would you please send us the CME show run config, and skinny log, CallController Server log in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco Unified CallConnector Server\Trace Log on Server machine?


2. Is it still an issue? In some cases, if IE application is crashed and is asked to remove the IE Toolbar add-in, the customer needs to unregister/register the batch file to enable IE toolbar. We haven't seen any problems with IE toolbar goes away


3. Would you please send us the url for that particular https:// site? I've just logged into some https secure sites and highlighter tool works properly. Highlighter may not work in such pages due to the web desgin, table, ..etc
