Dial problems 4.2.3

The problem that I am having is rather confusing to me since I had not run into this

before.    I have a pattern set up as 5XXXX which works great on all patterns with the exception of

511XX.  I can dial the 511XX before pulling dial tone and the call connects but if I pull dial tone first

then I get to 511 and get call can not be completed as dialed.   Also not sure why put two phones

set the same way both 7970's one will force diall the 511XX and completes the call and the next will

dial the numbers one at a time and gets the call can not be completed.

Most likely you have dial plan overlapping and the phones have different CSSs to cause that.

Take a look at the dial plan to see what you're reaching or use DNA to troubleshoot this.
