I would like to know how many router and switches would be required to completely practise the CCNA Lab.

For frame relay lab you can use router acting as frame relay switch to have complete set for frame relay, check out the below link to the same :-

and for ISDN setup i would suggest rather going with physical hardware try with packet tracers or with simulators.

Use the Packet Tracer 5.2 and you'll be fine.

I used 3 routers and 2 switches and it was more than enogh. I would say 2 routers and 2 switches are enough but if you want more complicate scenarios then get more than that.
