Call Drop when 2nd call come

Hello All Friend,

We have using Cisco UC520 Router with two analog line,0893773097(voice-port0/1/1) & 0893770540(voice-port0/1/0) when anyone made calls on 08 9377 3097 (voice-port0/1/1) means All incoming call which are coming  on 0893773097 (voice-port0/1/1), it's diverted to 206 (ext.). If anybody are unable to receive call on 206 within 15 sec. then call Automatic divert to my  Mobile from 08 9377 0540 (voice-port0/1/0) & when anyone made calls on 089377054 (voice-port0/1/0) means All incoming call which are coming  on 089377054 (voice-port0/1/0), it's diverted to 202 (ext.). If anybody are unable to receive call on 202 within 15 sec. then call Automatic divert to ext. 206 then my  Mobile.but we have some issue,im still getting call drop outs
had someone call me now on 08 93773097 had a second call come through on 08 93770540 which cause the 0893773097 call to drop probably need to look at setting up voicemail so that if two calls go to one extension at the same time then the second call can go to voicemail the person called back again
call lasted about 2 mins and dropped out can anyone see why the calls drop after a couple of mins, apart from this
when i tried to pickup call on mobile, I am getting a lot of call drop out with the phone system at the moment The call volume is low, but most are dropping,I had 4-5 inbound calls drop on Saturday,Have been trying to speak to Air express this morning and it dropped out twice
Can anyone help me on the causes of call drop outs and try to fix it
