I'm not sure. Can be a problem with the IOS image. Have you already tried another image?
Also possible that there is a problem because the dynamic nat configuration might overlap with the static nat configuration.
You could test the configurarion without the dynamic nat configuration and check if the problem persists. Or reduce the scop of acl 1 for the dynamic nat.
Perhaps replace "access-list 1 permit any" with "access-list 1 permit 192.168.10.128 0.0.0.127". That way you can test the dynamic nat with 192.168.10.0/25.
