MVA dial is not working

Hi I have setup Mobile Voice Access (MVA), on my remote Site as it is my only h323 gateway. I can call in from my remote destination phone (PSTN phone) and the MVA recognizes the remote destination (RD).Once you enters the pin you get a menu with: 1.To dial a number ... 2.Enable .... 3.Disable .... When I press 1 I get prompted to enter the number followed by # when doing so the call gets immediately disconnected. I don't get a prompt stating the call can not be make or anything, the call just gets cut off.
