Is there a command, or some way to determine, whether the MOH in a branch is coming from my router or my CUCM server?

I have branches complaining that their phones are displaying a "high call volume" message on the display, they hear a couple of beeps and then the call gets dropped.


I have this problem too.

u should check Multicast active streams in RTMT or this command

show ccm-manager  music-on-hold

for deeper troubleshooting from src IP use:

Ideally we dont want cucm moh traffic arriving at branch office u block it with TTL or access-lists
