Connect Dell Latitude XT2 to Air-AP1252AG

Unanswered Question

I recently bought a Dell XT2 and it is failing to connect to my wireless network which uses Air-AP1252AG radio software version 12.4(10a)JA. I use WPA-PSK authentication with TPIK encryption. Other Dell laptops like the D800 series work fine. The XT2 can link to network using a D-Link DIR-615 using WPA2-Personal with AES encryption.

Please assist if there is a workaround to enable the XT2 to link to the Cisco radios as the are the main radios on my network (about 10 radios)

I have this problem too.

have tried but it fails. Only when I con

figure mac address filtering thats when I can only connect. In

my environment using mac filtering would be challenge since users bring in different laptops.

I believe you are making your WLAN difficult to manage and troubleshoot with all of this.  So you are saying that the client can't associate to the AP with Open authentication even though you've added the Wireless MAC address into the filter?  What is the error message?
