Agent Based Routing

Hello all

i have a question in regards to Agent-Based Routing. is  there a way to get the status of the agent with something similar to a   "get report statistic" before you send the call to that particular  agent ?

if there isn't what happens if that agent is on not ready state, or if the  agent is on a call ?

do you guys know a workaround

Surely the call would queue?

I guess this is an Express question. In Enterprise, Queue To Agent does exactly what it says - it queues.
