Desktop agent I.E. script error- insufficient flash player error

When some of my remote users log into the desktop agent, after if finished loading they are presented with am I.E. scipt error prompt that asks them if they want to continue running scripts.  If they click yes it goes away.  Can I turn this of in the I.E. browser settings?

This sounds like you have set up the Internal Browser in CAD to point at a particular page (i.e your CRM or other line of business app).

If this is the case, then problem is that it isn't IE - so things that work in IE aren't guaranteed to work in CAD. It's likely that it doesn't like some of the JavaScript that is running on the page, and all you can do is work with your app vendor to see if they can improve compatibility.
