3550 switch reboot automatically

Hi,

My 3550-48-EMI switch keeps rebooting once every few days.

At the moment I'm running on c3550-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEB1.bin .  I believed the automatic reboot is due to a bug i the IOS as I couldnt see any hardware errors in the log file.

However, the latest release (only) Cisco has is 12.2.44-SE6(ED), released on: 17/Mar/2009

My question are:

I want to upgrade the switch to this image 'c3550-ipservicesk9-mz.122-44.SE6.bin'... Is it compatible with the image above?

What does SEB1 and SE6 means?

and where can I find a list of bugs on the IOS?

The image you've indicated, 12.2(44)SE6 should be fine with your switch.

SE6 means this is the 6th rebuilt of the image 12.2(44)SE.

You can find the list of bug in the bug tool kit

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/

or the release note of the 12.2(44)SE for 3550's
