All,
When running CDR reports for any exyension in our enterprise I have no CDR for the last three weeks - every number that i do a search on comes back with the latest CDR being almost 3 weeks ago. I normaly run CDR's for specific numbers and get real time reporting on them....any ideas what may have happened?
I restarted the CDROnDemand service but this has not fixed the issue - is there another global settings I am missing somewhere??

Sometimes I have issues with the importing service hanging up. A quick after hours reboot of the publisher fixes the issue for me. All the data you're missing will populate when it comes back online.

The reboot did the trick. All the CDR records from the past few weeks were available again.
