UCM 7.1.3 Group Pickup suddenly stopped working

Hi all,

We have UCM 7.1.3 installed for several months by now. We use hunt-groups for incoming calls to our service desk, if there is a phone ringing we were able to make a group pickup by all our phones to take over the call. Since yesterday this isn't working anymore, there was no configuration change or anything.. It just stopped working

I've checked all my settings but at my opinion everything is cool and it should be working just fine.

I will perform a reboot of my server this night, but I'm not sure that will help and if it does, that shouldn't be the way to keep my group pickup working right?

Any ideas?

Hello p-vincent,

Hmmm.... Perhaps CSCsb42763 is missing under System -> Enterprise Parameters -> “Cisco Support Use 1″ field?

Just an idea.

Thanks for your reply. That one is correctly filled in.

Everything worked just fine untill 2 days ago, then it suddenly stopped working.. Nothing has changed to configuration, I didn't even login on the ucm admin page this week?
