Hello, I am rolling out a new CCA 4.7 install on a wireless network. The CAS is inband. The problem is when it checks for the AV installation and fails (No AV is installed), I have the agent present a link to download and install an AV package. I do that, while in the background the agent is waiting for input. After the install is done, I go back to the agent and click skip (Why skip? The link distribution is mandatory) and the agent says I failed remediation. I actually have to close the agent and let it re-pop up and start the authentication process over inorder for it to see that I installed the AV properly.
Am I missing something here? Shouldn't the agent check again to see if the link solved the rule that failed?
