CSD display problem

Hi all,

Recently, the Cisco Supervisor Desktop of all our call center supervisors started malfunctioning. Most times when they are started they will open without showing any agent, meanwhile all the agents in the team are actively answering calls. Other times, it will only display few agents and leave the rest. We are running UCCE 7.2. Please any suggestion for possible solution will be appreciated. Attached is the screenshot
