No, you can't update IPS4215 to version 6.2.
The latest you can upgrade it to is 6.0.6(E4).
Please also be advised of 4215 EOL:

Are you trying to upgrade the IPS or reimage the IPS?
To upgrade (it keeps your configuration):
- Download file: IPS-K9-6.0-6-E4.pkg
- You can't use tftp to upgrade the IPS, you would need to use FTP/HTTP/HTTPS/SCP.
- Here is the steps for your reference:

To reimage (it wipes out all your configuration):
- Download file: IPS-4215-K9-sys-1.1-a-6.0-6-E4.img
- Reimage can be done via TFTP.
- Here is the steps to reimage for your reference:

Hope that helps.
