You can't do this as it is not yet supported with VSS. Cisco have said that it will eventually be supported but as far as i know at the moment you can still only run one supervisor per chassis with VSS.

Hi Mohammad,

In addition to Jon's comment, I am tolled by Cisco IOS BU that dual sup for VSS will be available in SXI4. The release date for it is around July 1st.

i gree at this moment dula sup in 1 chassis of VSS is not supported and will be available in the next IOS release

tentative date is july mid if i remember correctly.
