SPA400 with no sound

Hello Guys,

I have the following configuration:

spa400 X1   firmware 1.2.2.2

spa9000 X1  firmware 6.1.5

spa942 X 7  firmware 6.1.3 and 5.2.8

spa962 X 1  firmware 6.1.3

spa901 X 1

srw224g4p  24 port switch

I have configured the spa400 with 2 PSTN lines, before that i was using it with only one PSTN lines and things worked great for almost 1 month, after i configured the second line, when i first tested everything seems to be fine, i get dial tone, and can make outbound calls dialing 9, also i can receive inbound calls, the problem is that i can't hear any sound from the phones after i dial a number, or get an inbound call. I called my mobile phone to test  inbound calls and i the call is routed to my phone but when i pick up, no sound at all, in both sides.

I've tried downgrading spa400 firmware to various previous versions, but no results. I'm not using the VM from the spa400.

I've been looking for some specialist at my country to solve the problem but no luck so far. Hope you can help me.

Im @ Dominican Republic.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You mention after adding the 2nd pstn line, you can't hear anymore.  Have you gone back to just one pstn line to see what occurs?

Yes, that was the first thing i did, but once the sound was gone, using only one PSTN line wasn't helpfull at all.

In the spa9000, under SIP/PBX Parameters, check that Force Media Proxy is set to Yes.  Default is No.  This will force audio to go through the spa9000.
