Hi,

I had updated the AP to lightweight but half way due to power trip.

Now when bootup, the led keep on shows amber-red-green continously.

The AP grab a dhcp ip but unable to browse or telnet.

Please advise.

Nope.  The APs on ROMmon.

Yup.  ROMmon.

Here's how you fix it:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/access_point/conversion/lwapp/upgrade/guide/lwapnote.html#wp161272

And then convert it to LWAP but make sure the power doesn't go either.

I think the AP is successfuly converted to LWAPP, If yes we cannot access the LWAPP through the telnet or the browser. Lets try consoling into the device and issue the command "show version" if we see W8 in the image then it means its running the LWAPP image and if we hav the controller, then on the AP CLI issue the command "show lwap client rcb" and check to which controller its associated to.. if not associated, it will in a reload loop..
