I have a Microsfot OCS server connected to my CUCM 6.1 server via a SIP trunk in CUCM.
OCS sends the + sign on calls into the cisco. I want to remove the + and replace it with a 9.
Thank you

Uou should be able to strip/prefix digits on CUCM > Device > Trunk > Inbound Calls.

Call Routing Information
Forgive me if I am missing something here but this is from the CUCM > Device > Trunk > Inbound Calls. and I dont see where I would strip the + and add a 9.

Strip => "Significant Digits"
Prefix => "Prefix DN"

Not all calls coming accross the SIP trunk have a leading + sign. I only want to strip it from the calls that do. The other issue i have is that I only want to add the 9 to the calls that have the + removed. Can I do this in CUCM or and I going to need CUBE/gateway to do that?

I think you should consider "Number Normalization" on OCS. It's very difficult for CUCM to handle the inconsistnecy from the same source.
